Wir waren im Wallsé (feines Dinner, klasses Service, ganz tolle Weinliste, nicht nur aus österreichischer Sicht) und in der Blauen Gans, wie es sich gehört und weil's schmeckt. Überzeugen konnte Jean Georges - 3 Sterne mit leistbarem Lunch, gut war David Bouley in Tribeca, Freunde des Japanisches wird das East 15 gefallen, ich fand es etwas überteuert. Erfreulich das The Elm in Williamsburg in Brooklyn: legere Atmosphäre, tolles Service, erstklassige Gerichte, hier ist der Stern nur eine Frage der Zeit.
