I go with you with Schaumahl in Offenbach, or Swans in Frankfurt or Adler Wirtschaft in Rhingau. Totally adorable! But, Nassauer Hof in Wiesbaden? I am from Wiesbaden and have to say: NO! For an exquisit dinner you should go to Lohninger in Frankfurt. Favorite in Mainz? Okay, not too bad, but the Bootshaus, which is not far away or the other location of Frank Buchholz is my suggestion. But nevertheless, thanx for this excellent list!<br /><br />By the way, last month I struggled in Washington Dulles because of the Lufthansa strike.
