The new Gault Millau WeinGuide Deutschland – for 2025 – was published in November 2024. This was the 37. release of this wineguide. It reviews more than 2.000 wines of more than 600 producers.

The new Gault&Millau also lists 7 "next generation" winemakers. Gault&Millau: "Diese aufstrebenden Talente aus verschiedenen Anbaugebieten Deutschlands setzen mit frischen Ideen und Leidenschaft neue Akzente und stehen für eine vielversprechende Zukunft im Weinbau."

The visit of Weingut Seufert was a tasting-only visit, with Laura Seufert, who has taken over the winery only recently and who is pushing the winery towards "natural wines". In a short period, Laura has established itself as a major force in Germany's natural wine scene.
