Craft Beer Producers are small-scale breweries that typically produce a wide selection of beers in limited quantities. They often emphasize unique brewing techniques and ingredients. With about 10000 craft breweries, the USA is the leading craft beer producer in the world.
The craft beer market is experiencing significant growth worldwide, driven by consumers increasingly seeking unique flavors, artisanal quality, and locally produced brews.
Hobcaw Brewing Company
Founder and Owner is Chris Mottram, an old friend of my daughters Cornelia and Katharina.
Ram Khalsa is in charge of making their craft beers. He brews the beer in small 5-barrel batches.
Hobcaw offers a tap list that includes five core beers and multiple rotating ales and lagers. Beyond beer, they also offer wine, hard cider, non-alcoholic wines, non-alcoholic beers, and THC beverages.
We had a great time.
Luckily, their beer is also served at The Dinghy Tap Room & Kitchen near Cornelia's and Chris' rental property in Isle of Palms SC

Boulevard on the Isle of Palms is a Ocean view, 6 bedroom, 6 ensuite,

home.
The interior of the home includes a gourmet kitchen with
new appliances and an expansive island with bar seating. An open floor
plan flows from the comfortable living space to an interior dining area
with seating for 14 guests. There are 6 spacious bedrooms, including one
that is perfect for kids with two queens and two twins. All bedrooms
have en-suite bathrooms. First floor bathrooms equipped with shower
seats. Dual primary suites on the second floor featuring king beds, dual
vanities, and walk-in showers.
