#italyatitsbest At the suggestion of Louie Hoelzinger, Claudia, Petra, Annette Schiller, Louie and I went to Tuttolomondo Feinkost in Kelkheim, an Italian deli cum restaurant. You sit in the middle of wine-shelves and food counters. You can buy Italian wine, cheese, ham, other items and/ or you have an excellent Italian meal there. We went for shared starters, pasta and a shared bistecca meat plate. As for wine, you pick a bottle from the well-stocked wine shelves and pay a corkage fee. Tuttolomondo is a family operation with the brothers Enzo and David Tuttolomondo running it currently. The trattoria-like ambiance is very inviting. Sommelier Luca took good care of us. A lovely dinner. We will be back.
