Profile: The resulting style is lean, rather austere, and delicate, with a moderate alcohol content of around 12.5% ABV, emphasizing structural alignment and restrained fruit over opulent flavors.

Vintages & Release Details

Release Timeline: The debut vintages—2022 and 2023—will officially go on sale in September 2026.
Labeling: It is labeled as "Wachauer Pinot Noir" because the Wachau DAC regulations only permit Pinot Noir at the regional wine level.
Limited Production: The release is highly exclusive, yielding only between 2,000 and 2,200 bottles total, alongside a small allocation of magnums. Early critical reviews, such as those from Falstaff, have already awarded the 2023 vintage a high score of 95 points.
