The Eichelmann WeinGuide Deutschland 2026 - one of the 5 main wine guides in Germany (along with Vinum, Gault&Millau, Feinschmecker and Falstaff) - was released in November 2025.

In the Eichelmann WeinGuide Deutschland 2026, Gerhard Eichelmann presents almost 1000 winemakers and reviews more than 9000 wines. For the rating of the winemakers, he employs a system that awards a winery up to five stars, where 5 stars indicate “world class, top international producers”.

49 producers received the maximum of 5 out of 5 stars in the Eichelmann Deutschlands Weine 2026 (Weltklasse/ world class).

New among the 5-star estates: Klumpp (Baden), Selbach-Oster (Mosel), Nik Weis St. Urbans-Hof (Mosel), Chat Sauvage (Rheingau) and Zimmerle (Württemberg). Congratulations!
