Thousands of employees from the German restaurant industry chose the country's 100 best chefs in a two-stage process. First, the best chefs in Germany were nominated. Then, the employes votes for their favorites from the 100 most nominated chefs. The results were announced at the rolling pin convention, which took place on September 25-26, 2023 in Berlin.
