Toma by Lisa Wine Bar in Bolzano
Toma by Lisa is a leading wine bar in Bolzano, formerly owned and run by Lisa Burgstaller and now owned and run by 2 young wine afficniados who used to work for Lisa.
We went there 3 times. First, before lunch, during our initial city tour, when we discovered the wine bar. Second, the following day for dinner after an extensive tour of wineries in Alto Adige. On that evening, we developed close contacts with 2 local customers and moved on to another wine bar with them after Toma closed. Third, following our dinner at Restaurant Voegele, we went to Toma for an after dinner drink.
